We suggest you wait to check your application status.

Your application may not be in our system yet, and the processing time is still within our service standards.

However, you can try using our online tool if you’d like. You need to have your file number to use it.

You may not be able to use our online tool if you applied at certain locations:
  •  Barrie Service Canada Centre
  •  St. John’s Service Canada Centre – Passport Services
  •  Glace Bay Service Canada Centre
  •  Sydney Service Canada Centre
  •  Kitchener Service Canada Centre
